Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or contaminants.

Sand flooring to 80/120 grit and furniture to 180/220 grit.

Vacuum thoroughly and wipe with a microfiber cloth.

Mixing

Natura Onecoat 2K Oil is a two-component system. Stir Component A (Oil) well, then mix with Component B (Hardener) at a ratio of 3:1 by volume.

Mix until fully homogeneous. Do not dilute the mixture.

Pot life: Approximately 5–6 hours after mixing.

Application

Wooden Furniture, Counters, Stairs and Vertical Surfaces

Apply the mixed oil with a scrubby pad, foam brush, cloth, or a hand sander fitted with a white pad.

Alternatively, spread the oil with a spatula in manageable sections and complete each area within 30 minutes.

Depending on wood type and sanding, 1 oz (30 ml) of product can cover up to 18 ft² (1.7 m²). Apply in thin layers, as a little goes a long way.

Floors

Work in sections of 50–100 ft² (5-10 m²). Begin with the border areas using a scrubby pad.

Continue by applying the oil with a brush and polishing machine fitted with a red or

white pad, or spread the oil evenly with a spatula and then buff with a white pad.

Buffing

Allow the oil to react with the wood for 3–5 minutes.

Remove all excess oil thoroughly with a clean cloth or white pad.

The surface should feel dry to the touch—do not leave wet spots or oily residue.

Drying & Curing

The surface is suitable for light use after 24 hours.

Full cure is achieved in 5 days. Ensure proper ventilation throughout the drying process.

Cooler temperatures or higher humidity may extend drying times.

Cleaning

After 48 hours, the surface may be wiped lightly with a damp cloth if needed.

After 5 days, regular cleaning can be done with Natura Onecoat Wood Soap or Surface Cleaner.

Important Notes

CAUTION: Cloths that are soaked with oil may spontaneously combust. After usage, wash the cloths with water before disposal!
