First of all, let me state I’m relatively new at woodworking and finding a coating system like this has been a game changer. I had scheduled in a last-minute craft show for my products and had less than a week to produce enough products to set up my booth. After a few months of researching Natura Onecoat and a few of its competitors I was finally put in the position where I needed to finish multiple pieces in the matter of hours versus days.
GARDNSOUND
I originally bought this product because I wanted a cheaper alternative to Rubio Monocoat. That is not what this finish is. This finish is its own thing, has its own sheen, its own look, and its own tint. I find that this oil is slightly darker and more amber than rubio. It's also less toxic than Rubio and more forgiving. The application process is simple, and can be boosted by using a buffer if you have one, but it's not required.
